2. Payment and Pricing

2.1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 2.2. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online wallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). 2.3. In case of discrepancies or errors in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on the location. 3.2. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at checkout. 3.3. DynamoMart is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues or natural events.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for eligible products in unused and original condition. 4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is verified. 4.3. Certain items, including customized or perishable goods, are non-returnable.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. DynamoMart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. 5.2. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. 6.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
